Ingredients
– 1 lb fresh salmon, finely chopped
– 1 avocado, mashed
– 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp lime juice
– 1 garlic clove, minced

– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
2. 2. Form the salmon mixture into small, evenly sized balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
