Ingredients
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 4 cups miniature marshmallows
– 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
– 6 cups rice cereal
Instructions
1. 1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. 2. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
3. 3. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce until well combined.
4. 4. Add the rice cereal and mix until fully coated.
5. 5. Press the mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking pan, using a spatula to smooth the top.
