Enjoy a flavor-packed, easy-to-make Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli meal that’s ready in just 30 minutes! This healthy dinner features tender, caramelized salmon fillets and roasted broccoli florets tossed in a sweet and spicy honey-soy glaze.

Ingredients

– 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into 4 pieces

– 1 pound broccoli florets

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

– Salt and black pepper, to taste

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Place the salmon fillets and broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the honey-soy mixture over the salmon and broccoli, and toss to coat.

4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.

5. Serve the Sheet Pan Hot Honey Salmon & Broccoli immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

– For extra caramelization, broil the dish for 2-3 minutes at the end.

– Substitute the salmon with other firm, flaky fish like trout or halibut.

– Add sliced red onions or bell peppers to the sheet pan for more veggies.
