Ingredients

– 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon lemon zest

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 lemon, thinly sliced

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.

4. Arrange the lemon slices around the salmon.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
