Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

2. 2. Add the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, basil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.

3. 3. Reduce heat to low and continue stirring until the dip is heated through and creamy, about 5 minutes.

4. 4. Serve the Skillet Sun-Dried Tomato Dip warm, with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes

– For a creamier dip, add a splash of heavy cream or milk.

– Try adding a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.

– This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
