Description

Indulge in the irresistible combination of tender smoked brisket, creamy beer cheese, and pillowy pretzel dough in these quick and easy Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs!

Ingredients

– 1 lb smoked brisket, finely chopped

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup beer

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

– 1 batch pretzel dough (enough for 24 bites)

Instructions

1. 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped smoked brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well combined.

2. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. 3. Divide the pretzel dough into 24 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a round disc.

4. 4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the brisket-cheese mixture into the center of each dough disc. Gather the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

5. 5. Place the filled pretzel bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the pretzels are golden brown.

6. 6. Serve the Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs warm, with additional beer cheese dip on the side if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality smoked brisket and a flavorful craft beer in the cheese filling. These pretzel bites can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
