Ingredients

– 6 ears fresh corn, husks and silk removed, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 12 slices thick-cut bacon, halved crosswise

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. – Wrap each piece of corn with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick or small skewer.

3. – In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the bacon-wrapped corn.

4. – Thread the seasoned bacon-wrapped corn pieces onto skewers, leaving a small space between each one.

5. – Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the corn is tender.

6. – Remove the skewers from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
