Ingredients
– 3 cups rice krispies cereal
– 4 cups miniature marshmallows
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows together, stirring every 30 seconds, until completely melted and smooth.
2. Stir in the rice krispies cereal until well coated.
3. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture into small balls and roll them in the graham cracker crumbs.
4. Place the rolled treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently press a few chocolate chips into the top of each one.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the treats to set.
Notes
For a more indulgent treat, drizzle the tops with melted chocolate before refrigerating. Store the s’mores rolled rice krispie treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
