Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup sourdough discard

– 1/2 cup warm water

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

2. Add the sourdough discard and warm water, and knead until a smooth dough forms.

3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

4. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.

5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and parsley.

6. Arrange the dough pieces in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, and pour the garlic butter over the top, making sure to coat each piece.

7. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
