Ingredients

  • 12 hot dog buns, split lengthwise

  • 12 all-beef hot dogs

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup


Instructions

1- Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
2- Place the 12 hot dogs on the preheated surface and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly charred and heated through.
3- While the hot dogs are cooking, spread the 12 hot dog buns open and place them on a plate or cutting board.
4- Once the hot dogs are cooked, place one hot dog in each bun.
5- Top each hot dog with a sprinkling of the 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of diced onion, 1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish, 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard, and 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
