Description

Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls are a delicious and fun way to enjoy a classic pasta dish. Tender spaghetti noodles are tossed with a garlic-infused olive oil and served in crispy, freshly baked bread bowls. Top it off with grated Parmesan and fresh basil for a mouthwatering, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

– 8 oz spaghetti noodles

– 3 tbsp olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

– 4 small round bread bowls

Instructions

1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

3. 3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic-infused oil. Remove from heat.

4. 4. Carefully slice the tops off the bread bowls and scoop the spaghetti into the bread bowls.

5. 5. Top each bread bowl with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or chopped fresh parsley to the spaghetti. To make this dish ahead, prepare the spaghetti and store it in the fridge until ready to assemble the bread bowls.
