Crispy, bacon-wrapped jalapeño tots are a mouthwatering, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s easy to make and full of bold, spicy flavor. Stuffed with melty cheese and wrapped in smoky bacon, these irresistible bites are perfect for game days, parties, or any time you need a flavor-packed finger food.
Ingredients
– 12 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeds removed
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 12 slices bacon, cut in half
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chili powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
3. 3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
4. 4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
5. 5. Arrange the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
6. 6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Notes
For extra heat, leave some of the jalapeño seeds in. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties or add additional spices to the filling.
