Ingredients

– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

– 1 tablespoon brown sugar

– 2 teaspoons sesame oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– 2 green onions, sliced

– Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

3. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

4. Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5. Serve the Spicy Dragon Chicken immediately, garnished with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili garlic sauce to taste. You can also serve the Spicy Dragon Chicken over steamed rice or noodles.
