Ingredients
– 4 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
Instructions
1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
2. 2. Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, being careful not to break the yolks.
3. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Gently pour the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks.
4. 4. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

Notes
