Ingredients

– 8 ounces fresh Chinese noodles

– 3 tablespoons Szechuan chili oil

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

– 2 green onions, thinly sliced

– 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, about 2-3 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Szechuan chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
