Ingredients
– 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
– 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. 3. Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll it out into a 12×12 inch square.
4. 4. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
5. 5. Starting from one side, tightly roll up the puff pastry to create a log.
6. 6. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them, cut-side up, on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
