Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 12 graham cracker sheets, crushed into crumbs
– 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin tin.
2. – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
3. – Beat in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
4. – Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumbs into the prepared muffin cups, pressing them into the bottom and up the sides to form a tart shell.
