Ingredients
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup strawberry jam
– Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. – In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
