Description

Ingredients

– 12 pitted Medjool dates

– 1/4 cup tahini

– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, plus more for garnish

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

1. Using a sharp knife, slice the dates lengthwise and gently remove the pits, being careful not to split the dates in half.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the tahini, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using) until well combined.

3. Spoon or pipe the tahini mixture into the center of each date.

4. Garnish the stuffed dates with additional chopped walnuts.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
