Ingredients
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon dried parsley
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
3. Fold in the finely chopped mushrooms until evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
