Ingredients

– 8 cups cubed bread

– 1 onion, diced

– 2 stalks celery, diced

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.

3. – Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute, until fragrant.

4. – In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the cubed bread. Pour in the broth and gently mix until the bread is evenly moistened.

5. – Stir in the dried sage, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

6. – Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
