Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. 3. Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 15-18 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
4. 4. In the same bowl, toss the chicken with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, sweet chili sauce, and honey.
