Ingredients

– 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

– 1 onion, diced

– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Garnishes: crumbled bacon, chopped chives, crushed pecans


Instructions
