Ingredients
– 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch wedges

– 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using) until the potatoes are evenly coated.
3. – Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
