Description

Taco Soup With Ranch Packet is a quick, easy, and deliciously comforting weeknight meal. This creamy, flavor-packed soup comes together in just 20 minutes and is perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 packet taco seasoning

– 1 packet ranch seasoning

– 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

– 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained

– 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes

– 4 cups beef or chicken broth

– Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

2. 2. Add the taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and broth. Stir to combine.

3. 3. Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened.

4. 4. Serve the Taco Soup With Ranch Packet hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Notes

For a thicker soup, you can mash some of the beans against the side of the pot. You can also add diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
