Ingredients

– 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1 tsp chili powder

– 1/2 tsp cumin

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp onion powder

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chiles, sour cream, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
