Ingredients
– 1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or flank steak)
– 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 teaspoon brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, basil leaves, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
