Ingredients

– 2 cups sliced cucumbers

– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

– 2 tablespoons lime juice

– 2 tablespoons fish sauce

– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

– 1 teaspoon honey

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (or to taste)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, shredded chicken, cilantro, and mint.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and chili garlic sauce.
