These rich, fudgy Thanksgiving Brownies are the perfect quick and easy holiday dessert. Whip up a batch in just 10 minutes for your holiday gatherings!
Ingredients
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups white granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
3. 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until just combined (do not overmix).
4. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
5. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
