Ingredients
– 2 lbs baby carrots, peeled and halved lengthwise
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
