Ingredients
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
2. – Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and place it on a serving plate.
3. – Press the chopped toasted pecans onto the outside of the cheese ball, covering it completely.
4. – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
5. – Serve the Thanksgiving Cheese Ball with crackers, bread, and fresh vegetables.
Notes
