This Thanksgiving Fruit Salad is a refreshing and healthy addition to your holiday menu. Made with a variety of juicy, colorful fruits and a light, creamy dressing, it’s the perfect side dish or dessert.
Ingredients
– 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
– 1 cup grapes, halved
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
– 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, grapes, pineapple chunks, and mixed berries.
2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
3. 3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
4. 4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top.

Notes
For a creamier dressing, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can also add a touch of vanilla extract or swap the walnuts for pecans or sliced almonds. This salad is best enjoyed the same day it’s made, but leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
