Ingredients

– 2 cups fresh or frozen peas

– 2 ripe pears, diced

– 4 oz diced pancetta

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the diced pancetta over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove pancetta from the skillet and set aside.

2. 2. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. 3. Add the fresh or frozen peas to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until tender.
