Ingredients
– 1 cup cranberry juice
– 1/2 cup orange juice
– 1/4 cup brandy or rum
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
– 1 orange, sliced
– 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
1. 1. In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, brandy or rum, and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
2. 2. Add the cinnamon stick, rosemary sprigs, orange slices, and fresh cranberries.
3. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4. 4. To serve, pour the punch into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each drink with an extra orange slice and rosemary sprig.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the brandy or rum. You can also adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey. This punch can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
