Ingredients
– 5 oz mixed greens
– 1 cup chopped carrots
– 1 cup diced bell peppers
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup toasted pecans
– 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Notes
