Description

Ingredients

– 5 oz mixed greens

– 1 cup chopped carrots

– 1 cup diced bell peppers

– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup toasted pecans

– 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 tbsp honey

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, carrots, bell peppers, and red onion.

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
