Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

– 1 cup shelled, chopped pistachios


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
