Ingredients

– 8 oz. goat cheese, softened

– 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

– 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese until well blended.

3. 3. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, fresh thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
