Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 3 cups chicken broth
– Shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro for serving
Instructions
1. – In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté the chicken over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
