Description

These decadent White Chocolate Spiderweb Brownies are the ultimate Halloween dessert. Rich, fudgy, and bursting with white chocolate flavor, they’re quick and easy to make for all your festive gatherings.

Ingredients

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

– 2 cups white chocolate chips

– 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

– 3 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.

2. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth and fully melted.

3. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.

4. 4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

5. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and use a spatula to smooth the top.

6. 6. Using a spoon or a fork, create a spiderweb design on the top of the brownies by starting at the center and spiraling outward.

7. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

8. 8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

– For a sharper spiderweb design, use a toothpick or skewer to create the pattern.

– Add a dusting of powdered sugar or Halloween-themed sprinkles for extra festivity.

– These brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
