Ingredients
– 1 pound lamb loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the lamb evenly.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
3. Carefully thread the marinated lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
4. Place the skewered lamb lollipops in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the skewers halfway through, until the lamb is cooked through and the exterior is crispy.
