Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried rosemary
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
