Ingredients

– 4 large eggs

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup diced ham

– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat a chaffle maker or waffle iron to medium-high heat.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.

4. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the preheated chaffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 6-8 chaffles.

6. Serve the Crunchy Ham Cheese Chaffles warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier twist, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the batter. These chaffles can also be enjoyed as a snack or appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.
