Ingredients
– 1 lb kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch thick slices
– 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. Make shallow cuts across the top of each kielbasa slice, about 1/4 inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. 4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the top of each kielbasa slice, making sure to get it in between the cuts.
5. 5. Arrange the prepared kielbasa slices on the prepared baking sheet.
6. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is crispy and the mustard glaze is caramelized.

Notes
For extra crispy edges, broil the bites for 2-3 minutes at the end of the baking time. You can also try using a different type of mustard, such as honey mustard or spicy brown mustard, to adjust the flavor profile.
