Ingredients
– 1 pound radishes, thinly sliced
– 1/2 cup white vinegar
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced radishes, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir to coat the radishes evenly.
