Ingredients
– 6 cups shredded green cabbage
– 2 cups julienned carrots
– 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
– 1/2 cup chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
– 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced radishes, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the vegetables evenly.
