  • 2 avocados, peeled, pits removed and chopped.
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped.
  • 1 red onion, chopped.
  • 1 pound: of shrimp, cooked.
  • ¼ teaspoons: of salt.
  • ¼ teaspoons: of black pepper.
  • 2 Tablespoons: of lime juice.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl put together shrimp with 2 pressed garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and stir to combine.

Step 2

Using the instant pot. Add 2 Tbsp butter and once its melted and hot, add shrimp in a single layer.

Step 3

Using the instant pot “saute” function if available, saute 2 minutes per side until the shrimp is pink and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 4

In a bowl, add in the chopped avocados, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, cooked shrimp and lime juice. Stir well to mix.

Step 5

Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Enjoy!
