Ingredients

  • 2 and ½ pounds chicken thighs.
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste.
  • 5 green onions, chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine.
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

In a large bowl, season the thighs with salt and pepper. Rubbing gently on and under chicken skin half of the sesame oil.

Step 2

Place chicken into the air fryer basket and cook at 360 degrees F for twenty min.

Step 3

At the same time while the chicken cooked, add the rest of the oil over in a pan and heat it in medium-high heat.

Step 4

In the pan add the onion, vinegar, sherry wine, sugar and soy sauce, toss well, cover the pan and cook for ten min.

Step 5

Using 2 forks, divide the shred chicken among plates with sauce and serve it.
