  • 1.5 Teaspoon: of black pepper.
  • 0.5 Teaspoon: of powdered garlic.
  • 1 Cup: of all-purpose flour.
  • Teaspoon: of smoked paprika.
  • Cup: of panko breadcrumbs.
  • 2 eggs, beaten.
  • Quart of vegetable oil, for frying.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, add in the powdered garlic, a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Add in the shrimp and toss to coat.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, add in the all-purpose flour and smoked paprika. Stir to mix. In a separate bowl, add in the beaten eggs.

Step 3

Add the panko breadcrumbs, in a third bowl

Step 4

Set instant pot in the “saute” function. When hot, add in the vegetable oil.

Step 5

Dip the shrimp into the flour mix. Dip into the beaten eggs. Roll in the breadcrumbs until coated on all sides.

Step 6

Transfer the shrimp into the hot oil.  let saute for 5 minutes or until golden. Transfer onto a plate to drain.

Step 7

Serve immediately and Enjoy!
