  • 1/2 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons blanched finely ground almond flour.
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat cream cheese.
  • 1 large egg white.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, place the mozzarella cheese, almond flour and cream cheese. Flatten the ball of dough in a floured surface.

Step 2

Add egg white and stir until you get a soft dough forms.

Step 3

Divide it into a 6 ball of dough smaller than your air fryer.

Step 4

After this, remove the air fryer basket tray from the air fryer. Place the ball into the basket.

Step 5

set the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

After 5 min, flip the pizza and add in the crust any toppings you desired. Cooking until the crust golden. Serve and enjoy!
