Preparing:

Cut off the stem end of beans and then cut into the length you want. Like a French cut or you can slice them in half lengthwise.

Cooking:

-Heat up your air fryer at 400 degrees F

-In a medium bowl, add green beans and spray it with some cooking spray and pinch of salt and combine it well.

– Place green beans into the air fryer basket and set the timer for 8 min. Toss the basket during the cooking to browning beans on both sides.

– When green beans fry. Remove it and serve it with your favorite dish.

ARE GREEN BEANS KETO-FRIENDLY?
